Kumatori [town] - Kumatori
A town in Sennan County in the southern part of Osaka Prefecture. It belongs to the Senshu Textile Industrial Zone and is known for towel manufacturing. The production and spinning of cotton cloth, hosiery, and socks is also thriving. Rice is cultivated using reservoir irrigation, and the town also cultivates its specialty onions. The Kyoto University Research Reactor Institute is located here, and the Hanwa Line runs through the town. 17.24 km2 . Population: 45,069 (2010).
