Walraha
German organic chemist. Studied under Kekulé. Became professor at the University of Bonn in 1879 and at the University of Göttingen in 1889. Conducted research on terpenes and essential oils, laying the foundations for the essential oil industry. Awarded the Nobel Prize in Chemistry in 1910.
