A terrorist organization formed in 1922 by Furuta Daijiro, Nakahama Tetsu and others. In 1921, Furuta established the Tenant Farmers Association to organize farmers, but with no results, he decided to resort to terrorism, and Nakahama agreed. After the association was dissolved in June of the following year, the group formed the Guillotine Association. From 1922 to 1924, following a terrorist plot by the Prince of Wales during his visit to Japan, they carried out a series of attacks, all of which failed. In particular, the Kosaka Incident (October 1923), in which Furuta accidentally stabbed a 15th Bank employee to death, and the assassination of General Fukuda Masataro by Wada Hisataro and Muraki Genjiro, who were seeking revenge for the murder of Osugi Sakae, along with Furuta and others (September 1924), increased police vigilance.

古田大次郎，中浜鉄らによって1922年に結成されたテロリストの結社。1921年，古田は農民組織化のため小作人社をつくるが成果なく，テロリズムに訴えることを決意，中浜も同調した。翌年6月同社解散後，ギロチン社を結成。22～24年にかけ，訪日中のイギリス皇太子のテロル計画以後，一連の襲撃事件を起こすがいずれも失敗した。とくに，古田があやまって第十五銀行員を刺殺した小坂事件(23年10月)，殺された大杉栄の復讐をねらう和田久太郎，村木源次郎と古田らによる福田雅太郎大将狙撃事件(24年9月)は警察の警戒を強めた。
