Republic

A county in the eastern part of Qinghai Province, China. The county government is in Chabucha Town, which is also the seat of the government of Hainan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture. The permanent population is 122,966 (2010). The Qinghai-Tibet Expressway (Xining-Lhasa) and the Qingkang Expressway (Xining-Kangding) pass through the county. It is in the center of the pastoral area south of Qinghai Lake and west of Sun and Moon Mountain, with meat processing, leather and wool processing factories, and livestock product manufacturing and trading are thriving. Hydroelectric power generation and wind power generation are important industries for the county.

中国、青海(せいかい)省東部の県。県政府はチャブチャ鎮にあり、海南(かいなん)チベット族自治州の政府所在地でもある。常住人口12万2966（2010）。青蔵自動車道（西寧(せいねい)―ラサ）、青康自動車道（西寧―康定(こうてい)）が通る。青海湖の南、日月山(じつげつさん)西方の牧畜区の中心で、食肉加工、皮革、羊毛加工工場などがあり、畜産品の製造、交易が盛んである。水力発電、風力発電が県の重要な産業となっている。
