Competitive contract
A contract is a contract in which many potential contracting parties compete with each other through bidding or auction , and the party offering the most favorable contract terms is the contracting party. This is the basic method used by the national and local governments when making contracts for sales, leases, contracts, etc. ⇔ Negotiated contract
