Kyoto calendar - Today's reading
〘Noun〙 A calendar made by a calendar maker in Kyoto. During the Muromachi period, there was a place for surigoyomi (calendars) in Kyoto, and Daikyoushi ruled it. During the Edo period, there were Daikyoushi calendars and Ingokyoushi calendars. ※Tamon-in Diary - July 29, 1570 (Genki 1) "The Kyoto calendar is small and narrow today."
