Beef hotpot - Gyuunabe
〘Noun〙① A pot for boiling beef. Beef hotpot. ② A dish in which beef is boiled with vegetables and other ingredients in a pot and eaten. Beef hotpot. It became popular around Tokyo during the Meiji period of civilization and enlightenment. Nowadays, the Kansai-style name "sukiyaki" is commonly used. 《Season・Winter》※Tosei Shosei Kishichi (1885-86)〈Tsubouchi Shoyo〉2 "Soon after, the beef hotpot and sake bottles were brought, and the two of them were silent for a while ."

Ushi-nabe [Beef hotpot]

〘 noun 〙 A dish in which beef is boiled in a pot and eaten. Gyuunabe. ※Agura nabe (1871-72)〈Kanagaki Robun〉First "If you don't eat beef nabe ( ushinabe ) , you're not enlightened."
