Metal complexes

Japanese: 金属錯体 - きんぞくさくたい
Metal complexes

...Complexes that cannot be explained by Werner's coordination theory are called non-Werner complexes. When the central atom is limited to a metal in the definition of a complex, the resulting complex is sometimes called a metal complex. If no restrictions are placed on the central atom, CH 4 and H 2 O can also form complexes, which can be problematic, but it is convenient for unifying the shapes of inorganic compounds that contain [BF 4 ] - and [PF 6 ] - .
