Administrative coercion - Gyoseikyosei
It is said to be the action of exerting force on the people's bodies and property in order to achieve administrative objectives, and realizing an administratively necessary state. It can be broadly divided into compulsory execution, which is carried out on the premise of non-performance of administrative obligations, and immediate compulsory execution, which is carried out primarily to remove imminent infringement, regardless of non-performance of obligations.
