[raw]? [Died] Xiantong 1 (860) A leader of a peasant revolt in the late Tang Dynasty in China. A native of eastern Zhejiang. In 859, he raised an army to oppose the Tang Dynasty's intensified plundering of the Jiangnan region. He attacked various parts of Zhejiang, but was defeated the following year by a Tang punitive force that included Uighurs.
