Kinosaki [Hot Springs] - Kinosaki

...The legend that Tajimamori, who is said to be a descendant of Amenohiboko and is also related to the name of the province of Tajima, traveled to Tokoyo no Kuni in search of the Tokijiku no Kakunomi, is based on the same circumstances. Under the Ritsuryo system, the province governed eight districts: Asago, Yafu, Izushi, Keta, Kinosaki, Mikumi, Futakata, and Shitsumi. The provincial capital, provincial temples, and provincial nunnery were located in Keta district (present-day Hidaka Town, Kinosaki District), which had the most flat land.
