Functional constipation - Yesterday's constipation

...In everyday life, it is used to describe a long period of time (2 or 3 days or more) when there is no bowel movement, when hard, dry stool is passed, or when defecation is incomplete and there is a feeling of residual stool. Constipation is divided into functional constipation and organic constipation. The former occurs when the effective movement of the colon is reduced due to the influence of the autonomic nervous system, digestive tract hormones, etc., and the transport of contents is insufficient, while the latter occurs when the passage is obstructed by organic lesions such as tumors (cancer, etc.), inflammation, and the associated adhesions.
