"The Woman Who Beats the Kinuta"

Lee Sung (1935-) won the 66th Akutagawa Prize in 1972 for The Woman Who Beats the Kinuta (The Woman Who Beats the Kinuta), and continued his work on the theme of establishing the ethnic identity of second-generation Koreans in Japan and participating in the movement for the reunification of the homeland, which came to fruition in the form of Unending Dreams (1979).
