Kinaraia tribe

The Ilonggo (also called Hiligaynon; 4.2 million) who live in the Western Visayas, especially in the west and north of Negros Island, and in the eastern part of Panay Island; the Waray-waray (1.95 million) who live on Samar Island and the northeastern part of Leyte Island in the Eastern Visayas; the Kinaray-a (also called Hamtikon; 350,000) in the western part of Panay Island; the Aklanon (310,000) in the northern part of Panay Island; and the Masbate (310,000) on the island of Masbate.
