What is the disease?

Genuine ( New life ) When the foreskin is narrow due to phimosis, forcing it back can cause circulatory problems and lead to severe edema (swelling).

Treatment methods

If treatment is delayed and the edema worsens, making manual reduction impossible, surgery will be required, so please visit a urologist immediately.

First, try to reduce it manually. While pressing the glans with your thumb, pinch the swollen foreskin between your index and middle fingers and push it back into place.

If it doesn't work manually, Strangulation ( Preparation ) The foreskin of the penis must be incised to remove any swelling. Once the swelling has subsided, phimosis surgery (circumcision) will be performed.

どんな病気か

　真性(しんせい)包茎で包皮が狭い状態である時に、無理に包皮をめくって循環障害を起こし、著しい浮腫（むくみ）を起こした状態です。

治療の方法

　治療が遅れて浮腫が強まり、用手的整復が不可能な場合には手術が必要なので、すぐに泌尿器科を受診してください。

　まずは用手的に整復を試みます。親指で亀頭を押しながら、両方の人差し指と中指でめくれてはれた包皮をはさみ、元にもどします。

　用手的にうまくいかない場合は、絞扼(こうやく)部の包皮を切開し、とりあえずむくみを取る必要があります。むくみが改善してから包茎の手術（環状切開術）を行います。
