〘noun〙 The exclamation mark "!" that expresses emotion such as emotion, surprise, anger, and emphasis. It is mainly used at the end of a sentence. Originally a symbol used in Western languages. Exclamation mark. *From Ishizaka Yojiro's "Ishinaka Sensei Gyojyo -ki " (1949-50), an exclamation point that reads, "It was funny, like he had forced a big exclamation point on me."
