The coronary sulcus is the posterior wall of the heart and is the main vein that collects venous blood from the myocardium. It collects blood from the great cardiac vein, central vein, and small cardiac vein, and drains into the right atrium at the left of the inferior vena cava. Venous valves are usually found between the great cardiac vein and the right atrium.
