Born on January 3, 1890. Sentenced to life imprisonment for instigating murder in the assassination of Abe Shutaro, Director-General of the Political Affairs Bureau of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in 1913. After being released on parole, he founded the Aikokusha in 1928. He also organized the Patriotic Youth League, the International Anti-Communist League, and the Anti-China Comrades Association.
