...Its internal bureaus consist of the Minister's Secretariat and six bureaus. In regard to the three postal services, the Post Office is responsible for postal services, the Savings Bureau is responsible for postal savings services, postal money orders, and postal transfer services, the Postal Insurance Bureau is responsible for postal life insurance and postal pension services, and the Personnel Department, Finance Department, Facilities Department, and International Department are also located in the Minister's Secretariat. Local branch offices include the Regional Post Offices (11), Regional Postal Inspection Bureaus (10), Savings Management Centers (30), and Postal Insurance Management Centers (7). There are more than 24,000 post offices throughout the country that serve as frontline counters for postal services, savings, and other services.
