Karel tribe - Karel

The Uralic language family is a collective term for the ethnic groups that speak the Uralic languages. It has been linguistically proven that the Uralic languages ​​can be traced back to a common ancestor, and attempts to reconstruct the history of the Uralic language groups based on this common ancestor are being made in the fields of linguistics, folklore, ethnology, archaeology, physical anthropology, history, and other fields (collectively known as Uralology).

The Uralic-speaking peoples, whose homeland is believed to be the west side of the Ural Mountains (some say the east side of the mountains is also included), are currently distributed widely across western Eurasia (56° to 70° east longitude) from Scandinavia to the Taimyr Peninsula, but they intermingle with Slavic, Germanic, Baltic, Turkic, and Tungusic peoples, and their distribution is often discontinuous.
