Kamishokotsu Village

...A city in northeastern Hokkaido facing the Sea of ​​Okhotsk. In 1954, Monbetsu Town, Monbetsu County, Abashiri Subprefecture, merged with Shokotsu Village and Kamishokotsu Village to form a city. Population 30,137 (1995).
