...In August 1789 (Kansei 1), the Osaka Kotayuza performed the joruri "Yushiyoku Kamakurayama" (9th dan, written by Suga Sensuke and others) set in the world of "Hachi no Ki" and was a big hit. This work was adapted into a kabuki play at Kyoto's Kameyaza in October of the same year, and in December it was performed at the Osaka Kado Theater as "Kamakura Hiji Aotozeni," and in Edo in May of the following year at the Ichimuraza. Various other versions that mixed with other worlds were also produced....

…1789年(寛政1)8月大坂此太夫座の浄瑠璃《有職鎌倉山（ゆうしよくかまくらやま）》(9段，菅専助（すがせんすけ）ら作)は〈鉢の木〉の世界にしたてて上演，大当りであった。本作はその年10月に京都亀谷座で歌舞伎化され，12月には大坂角（かど）の芝居でも《鎌倉比事青砥銭（かまくらひじあおとぜに）》として上演，江戸では翌年5月市村座で上演された。ほかにも他の世界と混交した書替物が各種生まれた。…
