Kani Tokichi - Kani Tokichi

Born January 1, 1908. He ecologically studied the groups of organisms that live in the rapids and deep pools of rivers, and clarified the concept of "habitat separation." He died in battle on July 18, 1944, in the Mariana Islands area. He was 37 years old. He was from Okayama Prefecture. He graduated from Kyoto Imperial University.
