Born: September 9, 1882 in Tokyo [Died] March 16, 1946. Kabuki actor. His stage name was Matsushimaya. He was the son of the 10th Nizaemon. In 1936, he inherited the name of the 12th. He played an active role opposite the 15th Ichimura Uzaemon, but was murdered by his head clerk at his home along with his family just after World War II.
