Kaikoma at the northern end of the Akaishi Mountains and joins the Shiokawa River, while in the east, the Fuefuki River flows, originating from Mt. Kobushi in the Chichibu Mountains and joining the Shigekawa River, Hikawa River, Kanakawa River, Arakawa River, and others.
