Imo Shochu from Miyazaki. The name of the sake comes from the name of the representative forest in Miyazaki Prefecture. It is brewed using the famous water "Sakurai Water" and distilled using a unique reduced pressure distillation method. The ingredients are sweet potatoes and rice malt. The alcohol content is 20% and 25%. The brewery, Inoue Shuzo, was founded in 1894. It is located in Enohara-ko, Nango-cho, Nichinan City. 宮崎の芋焼酎。酒名は、宮崎県の代表森林の名に由来。名水「櫻井水」を用いて仕込み、独自の減圧蒸留法で蒸留する。原料はさつま芋、米麹。アルコール度数20%、25%。蔵元の「井上酒造」は明治27年(1894)創業。所在地は日南市南郷町榎原甲。
