Japanese: 尾上多賀之丞(3世) - おのえたがのじょう[さんせい]

Born: September 21, 1887 in Tokyo
[Died] June 20, 1978. Kabuki actor in Kamakura, Kanagawa. Stage name Otowaya. Real name Higuchi Onisaburo. Onnagata. He was a disciple of Ichikawa Sadanji II and later became a disciple of Onoe Kikugoro VI, and took the name of Onoe Kikugoro 3rd in 1928. Since then, he became a valuable presence in the Kabuki world as a famous supporting actor of the Onoe Kikugoro Theater Company. In 1968, he was recognized as a holder of an Important Intangible Cultural Property.
