A perennial plant of the lily family (APG classification: Liliaceae). It is also called Himesayuri. The stem is 30 cm tall, and in June it blooms with pale pink flowers measuring 4-5 cm in diameter and having a sweet fragrance. It is only found in Fukushima, Yamagata, and Niigata prefectures.
