A granodiorite mountain on the border between Hamada City in the mid-western part of Shimane Prefecture and Kitahiroshima Town in the northern part of Hiroshima Prefecture. It has an elevation of 1,069m. It is located at the watershed of the Chugoku Mountains closest to the Japan Coast, and there is a ski resort on the Hiroshima side. 島根県中西部,浜田市と広島県北部,北広島町との境にある花崗閃緑岩の山。標高 1069m。中国山地の分水嶺が最も日本海岸に近接しているところにあり,広島県側にスキー場がある。西中国山地国定公園に属する。
