…The article in the Shoku Nihongi, which states that Taki Daijingu-ji Temple was moved to Watarai-gun in December 698, is difficult to establish as a reliable proof of Daijingu-ji Temple because the character for temple is not included in the old manuscript, but the article in the same book for July 766 states that the Imperial Court sent an envoy to build a 18-foot Buddha statue for Ise Daijingu-ji Temple. In addition, the Daijingu Shozajiki states that in 767, an imperial decree was issued to make Oukasedera Temple Daijingu-ji Temple, but in 776, it was abolished due to the disturbance of the temple's monks. The temple site where old tiles were excavated in Oukasedera, Taki-cho, Taki-gun, Mie Prefecture, is said to be the site of Oukasedera Temple. …

…《続日本紀》文武2年(698)12月，多気大神宮寺を度会（わたらい）郡に遷すとある記事は，古写本に〈寺〉の字がないのがあって，大神宮寺の確かな徴証になりにくいが，同書の天平神護2年(766)7月の記事に，朝廷は使を遣わし，伊勢大神宮寺のために丈六仏像を造立せしめたとある。また，《太神宮諸雑事記》には，神護景雲1年(767)逢鹿瀬寺（おうかせでら）を大神宮寺となす旨の宣旨が下り宝亀7年(776)には寺僧らの濫妨により廃止されたとある。三重県多気郡多気町相鹿瀬にある古瓦出土の寺院址が逢鹿瀬寺のあった地とされる。…
