Air spinning frame; open end spinning frame

Japanese: 空気精紡機 - くうきせいぼうき（英語表記）air spinning frame; open end spinning frame

Used in the process of twisting to make yarn. A spinning machine that sends the raw yarn into an air box and uses the swirling air flow to twist it. Also called an open-end spinning machine, it is more efficient than the traditional ring spinning machine, but it can only twist thick yarns and the strength of the yarn is low.
