Oimatsu Tenmasha Shrine

...The southern area is home to mountains over 1000m above sea level, such as Shakagatake, Gongendake, and Togamidake, and is part of the Tsue Mountain Range Prefectural Natural Park. Oimatsu Tenmangu Shrine in Ono enshrines Sugawara no Michizane and other deities, and its old main hall (built around the latter half of the 15th century) is designated as an Important Cultural Property. The shrine also has over 200 hanging Buddha statues of various styles, made since the end of the Heian period.
