Film distribution

[Film Distribution]
"Distribution" refers to the process of copying a produced film (a negative film with the screening rights, i.e. the copyrighted film) into a print and lending it to a movie theater (exhibitor) for a certain period of time to be screened. A contract for screening fees is made between the distributor and the exhibitor, and the price is determined by the commercial value of the film and the class of the theater (called a "number," and there are "higher numbers" and "lower numbers"), that is, its capacity (audience capacity), facilities, admission fee, location, and screening date and period.
