Kadonosho

Located in Hikami County, Tanba Province, this imperial estate inherited the ancient Kazuno-go, which was mentioned in the Wamyōshō. It was developed in the western part of Hikami Town, Hyogo Prefecture (present-day Tanba City). In the 1159 Hoshogon-in estate order plan (Tōji Yuri documents), it appears as Kazuno Maki, with Reizei Tomotaka as the lord and Hoshogon-in (present-day Sakyo Ward, Kyoto City), a temple of Emperor Toba, as the head temple. The terms Kazuno Maki and Kazuno Sho were used interchangeably, but the term Maki was used until 1346. In 1330, Emperor Go-Daigo donated the administrative position and temple land of the temple to Toji Temple in Kyoto, and during the Nanboku-chō period, the lord position was given to Hoan-ji Temple of Ninna-ji Temple in Kyoto. After that, there was a dispute between the two over Hoan-ji Temple's overdue annual taxes, but in 1386 they were reconciled by Hoan-ji Temple paying 51 kanmon to Toji Temple every year. The payment of taxes can be confirmed up until 1461. In 1423, the position of land steward was given to Sosei of Iwashimizu Hachiman Shrine in Yamashiro.

丹波国氷上(ひかみ)郡にあり，《和名抄》記載の古代葛野郷を継承する皇室領荘園。兵庫県氷上町（現・丹波市）西部に展開した。1159年の宝荘厳(ほうしょうごん)院領荘園注文案（東寺百合文書）に葛野牧とみえ，冷泉朝隆が領家，鳥羽上皇御願寺の宝荘厳院（現京都市左京区）を本家とした。葛野牧・葛野荘が混用されるが，牧は1346年まで。1330年後醍醐天皇が同院の執務職と寺領を京都東寺に施入し，南北朝期には領家職が京都仁和寺保安寺に与えられた。以降保安寺の年貢滞納を巡り両者の争いが続くが，1386年保安寺が東寺に毎年51貫文を収めることで和解した。1461年までは年貢の進納が確認できる。地頭職は1423年山城石清水(いわしみず)八幡宮の宋清に与えられている。
