The Indonesian political party Gabungan Politik Indonesia (Gabungan Politik Indonesia) was formed in May 1939 in Jakarta as a unity of political parties, consisting of seven parties: Parindra, Gerindo (Indonesian People's Movement), Pasundan (Sundanese League), Minahasa Union, Indonesian Islamic Union Party, Indonesian Islamic Party, and Indonesian Catholic Party.
