Cationic dye - Cationic dye

Orone-based A general term for basic dyes used to dye acrylic fibers, almost all of which contain a quaternary ammonium group in their structure. In recent years, with the development of acrylic fibers, basic dyes have come into the spotlight as they have been found to dye Orone-based fibers well and have significantly better light fastness than other fibers. There are cationic dyes that contain a quaternary ammonium group in the color-forming matrix, and those that bond the color-forming matrix to the quaternary ammonium group with an insulating group. In terms of chemical structure, many belong to the azo, heterocyclic azo, anthraquinone, copper phthalocyanine, methine, azamethine, and triphenylmethane types. Examples are shown below.

オーロン系アクリル繊維の染料に用いられる塩基性染料の総称で，構造上ほとんどすべてが第四級アンモニウム基を含んでいる．近年，アクリル繊維の発展に伴い，塩基性染料がオーロン系のものをよく染め，ほかの繊維を染めた場合よりも，日光堅ろう度がかなりすぐれていることがわかり，脚光を浴びるようになった．発色母体中に第四級アンモニウム基を含む型と，発色母体と第四級アンモニウム基を絶縁基で結合した型のカチオン染料がある．化学構造的には，アゾ，複素環アゾ，アントラキノン，銅フタロシアニン，メチン，アザメチン，トリフェニルメタン系に属するものが多い．以下に例示する．
