This lagoon was located in Komatsu City, southwest of Ishikawa Prefecture. It was one of the three lakes of Kaga along with Kibagata and Shibayamagata, but was completely reclaimed in 1968 and turned into Takuei Town, where diversified agriculture is carried out.
