EPA (European Productivity Agency)

...In addition, productivity institutes were established one after another in OEEC member countries such as Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Italy, through the encouragement and assistance of the United States. In 1953, the European Productivity Agency (EPA) was organized to supplement the individual activities of member countries. Japan was the second country to establish a productivity institute after the Western European countries.
