Yasuko - Anshi

...His reign was later praised as the "Tenryaku no Chi" (Enki-Tenryaku no Chi), but the decline of the Ritsuryo system could not be reversed. His tomb is the Murakami Tomb (Ukyo Ward, Kyoto City).
