…Grilling refers to cooking on a net and the utensils used for it. Originally, it was a method of grilling meat, poultry, fish, and shellfish cut into smaller pieces than those used for roasting, placed on a grill or iron moxa placed over a charcoal or gas fire, and grilled over an open flame. Its distinctive feature is that it gives off a unique flavor that is characteristic of open-fire grilling along with the color of the meat.
