〘Noun〙 One of the government offices under the ritsuryo system. It was under the jurisdiction of the Imperial Household Ministry. It was in charge of the payment of koyu (oil ) to be paid as an additional tax, or accessory to the tribute ( tribute ) . In September 896 , it was merged into the Tonomozukasa (Lord's Office) .
