...Years of birth and death unknown. Also called Azumiyama Sehirafu. In 642 (the 1st year of the reign of Emperor Kōgyoku), he returned to Japan with the Baekje envoys mourning the death of Emperor Jōmei, and was in charge of receiving the mourning envoys, so it is clear that he had already been an envoy to Baekje during the Jōmei period.
