Aoyama Tunnel - Aoyama Tunnel

...At the northern end is Nagano Pass, which connects Tsu and Iga-Ueno, in the center is Kasatoriyama, and at the southern end is Aoyama Pass, which is on the old Hatsuse Highway, which connects Ise and Iga. Under the plateau passes the Aoyama Tunnel of the Kintetsu Osaka Line, the longest private railway tunnel (5,652 m). The Aoyama Plateau toll road and hiking trails have been developed, and the plateau is home to beautiful colonies of andromeda, azaleas, and boxwoods.
