Tool mark

Other known features include what are said to be traces of rainfall, and lotus-leaf-shaped cracks in the dried-up sedimentary surface (sun cracks). On the other hand, features seen on the underside include the remains of filled grooves eroded by running water (flute casts) and the traces of running water erosion caused by the presence of pebbles and living organisms (tool marks). These flow marks and other traces indicate a temporary cessation of sedimentation.
