Middle East

…A translation of the regional concept of the English term Middle East or the French term Moyen Orient. It refers to the region that encompasses the Atlantic coast of North Africa, from Afghanistan and Iran in the east to Morocco in the west, and from Turkey in the north to the entire Arabian Peninsula, the Horn of Africa, Sudan, and the Sahara region in the south.
