Japanese: 池田正式 - いけだまさのり
Masanori Ikeda

Dates of birth and death unknown. A haiku poet and kyoka writer from the early Edo period. He died at a fairly advanced age during the Kanbun era (1661-1673). Commonly known as Juemon (or Jurozaemon). A samurai of Yamato Koriyama domain. A member of the Teitoku school. Many of his haiku works are collected in works such as Kefukigusa (1638 preface), edited by Shigeyori. Koriyama (1646), a critical work on Kefukigusa, is considered to be his official work. His kyoka include Heguri Sanegaki and Furutatsukuri's playful pen names, who compiled 200 of his own poems into one hundred, Kyoka Hyakushu Utaawase.
