[Reading]
It is said that there are three stages in interpreting an aerial photograph. (1) The first step in observation is for us to look at an aerial photograph or a mosaic of it and learn the extent of the city, the distribution of mountains and plains, the shape of roads, rivers and coastlines, etc. This is the stage of "photoreading" (observation and recognition), in which we first read the contents of the photograph. (2) The next stage is to confirm and classify the results of the reading.
