Praetorius, J. (English spelling) PraetoriusJ

He is also known as the king of the gnomes. He became widely known through the legends of 241 stories published by Johannes Praetorius (1630-80) over a period of 10 years from 1662. The modern theory is that the name comes from "Riebezagel" (a rough-haired tail), but the popular etymology theory links it to "Rübe" (a turnip) (JKA Museuus's fairy tales, etc.), and perhaps because of this, there are many stories about medicinal herbs and root vegetables.
