São Paulo de Luanda (English spelling)

…The metropolitan area has a population of 2 million (1993). Formerly called São Paulo de Luanda, it is also called Loanda. It is a port city located in the northwest of the country, facing a bay between the mouths of the Bango and Cuanza rivers.
