Snow eater

… Chinook is a dry westerly wind that blows down the eastern foothills of the Rocky Mountains. When this wind blows, the temperature rises rapidly and the snow melts, so it is also called a snow eater. Chili is a hot wind that blows from the deserts of North Africa and the Arabian Peninsula in the central and southern Mediterranean.
